This dumpster is only for the disposal of heavy debris such as concrete, dirt, rocks, blocks, bricks, asphalt, sod, etc. You must specify the exact materials you intend to dispose of in the placement notes when scheduling your dumpster delivery.

Concrete

Our 5-yard concrete dumpsters are specifically for concrete waste only—no trash or other debris is allowed. It must be clean concrete, which typically includes sidewalks, driveways, and concrete patio or home slabs. No trash or other foreign debris is permitted. Do not fill the dumpster past water level full or above the top rails. If mixed debris is present, it will be billed at the standard C&D rate—NO EXCEPTIONS!

Dirt, Sand, and Gravel

Site excavation or landscaping work can result in excess dirt, sand, or gravel, which is ideal for our 5-yard dumpsters. These materials are recyclable and must not be mixed with other debris. If mixed debris is present, disposal fees will be billed at the C&D rate. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Brick, Block and Rock

Debris from construction or renovation projects often consists of bricks, blocks, and rocks. Our 5-yard dumpsters can accommodate these items. House bricks, especially red bricks, are not recyclable. If mixed debris is present, it will be billed at the standard C&D rate. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sod

If you’re replacing your lawn or have extra sod from a gardening project, our 5-yard dumpster is perfect for your needs. If mixed debris is present, it will be billed at the standard C&D rate. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Dirty Load Penalty Fee  – This fee applies when recyclable materials such as dirt, concrete, sand, blocks, metals, etc., are mixed with debris or trash. All dirty or mixed loads will be billed at C&D rates. These are very heavy loads, which will be expensive for all parties. Please follow the guidelines and do not load containers past the level of the side rails on the dumpster. A "water level full" load means the container is filled evenly with the top, without any material extending beyond the side rails. Imagine if you filled your bathtub to this level with water; if it wouldn’t overflow, then you've loaded it correctly.
